Our Strategy



Our Priority Areas
Our impact strategy focuses our efforts on three key areas:
- People: Promoting inclusive, fair and consistent workplaces, making meaningful contributions to our communities and protecting human rights throughout our supply chain.
- Planet: Addressing climate change, working to reduce waste and responsibly using water and natural resources.
- Product: Designing products with a smaller environmental footprint, highlighting goods with sustainability benefits and curating products from a diverse range of vendors.
Materiality Assessment
To inform our actions and strategy, we regularly conduct a double materiality assessment to help identify where we have the greatest impact on people and planet, as well as the issues that have the most significant impact on our business.
Reporting

Governance
An effective strategy requires effective oversight. Ultimate responsibility for our impact efforts sits with the Board of Directors, while our ESG team leads on our strategy and programming with support from cross-functional action teams.
A separate executive ESG Committee reviews progress on our goals, supports strategy development, helps navigate roadblocks and advises on current priorities.
Our workplace practices are overseen by a dedicated human resources team that collaborates with business leaders to advance strategies and practices that benefit all employees.
