Name of Product: Thule Sleek Stroller

Hazard: The handle of the stroller can separate from the stroller frame, posing a fall hazard for the child.

Incidents/Injuries: There have been no reported incidents or injuries.

Description: This recall affects the Thule Sleek Stroller with the following model numbers, located on the box of the stroller or on the inside lower part of the stroller frame near the cargo basket: #11000001-5, 11000017, 11000330, 11000337-42. Only strollers manufactured between May 2018 and September 2019 are affected.

Dates Sold: The stroller was sold in-store and online beginning May 2018.

Remedy: Customers should immediately stop using the stroller and may contact Nordstrom or the Thule Group for a full refund.

BECCA COSMETICS RECALLS LIGHT SHIFTER BRIGHTENING CONCEALER DUE TO MOLD

Name of Product: BECCA Cosmetics Light Shifter Brightening Concealer

Hazard: A brownish-black material, identified as common household mold, was found on the sponge-tip applicator of some units.

Incidents/Injuries: While this is unlikely to cause serious injury, there is a potential risk of temporary skin and/or eye allergy and irritation. There have been no adverse reactions or injuries reported.

Description: This recall affects all shades of the BECCA Cosmetics Light Shifter Brightening Concealer. The 3.2 mL product features a concealer wand with silver overlay and a white secondary carton. Impacted products have one of the following UPC numbers, which can be found on the product packaging: 9331137030037; 9331137030044; 9331137030051; 9331137030068; 9331137030075; 9331137030099; 9331137030082; 9331137030105.

Dates Sold: The concealer was sold in-store and online from January 2020 to May 2020.

Remedy: Customers should immediately stop using the concealer and may contact Nordstrom for a full refund.

THE THULE GROUP RECALLS CAR SEAT ADAPTER FOR CHICCO DUE TO A SAFETY HAZARD

Name of Product: Thule Sleek Car Seat Adapter for Chicco

Hazard: The plastic brackets on the car seat adapter can crack or break, posing a fall hazard to the infant.

Incidents/Injuries: There have been no reports of injury in the United States and one minor injury reported in Canada.

Description: Thule Sleek Car Seat Adapter product number 11000301, which can be found on a sticker on one of the two plastic brackets.

Dates Sold: The car seat adapter has been sold online at Nordstrom.com since October 2018.

Remedy: Customers should immediately stop using the car seat adapter and may return it through Nordstrom.com for a full refund. Customers can also return the adapter and request a replacement or refund at thule.com/carseatadapter.

WAYB, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY TRAFFIC SAFETY ADMINISTRATION, IS VOLUNTARILY RECALLING ITS PICO TRAVEL CAR SEAT DUE TO A BREAKAGE ISSUE.

Name of Product: Pico Travel Car Seat

Hazard: The headrest support tubes can break during use.

Incidents/Injuries: There have not been any reports of injury.

Description: Pico Travel car seats with manufacture dates between February 1, 2019, and May 12, 2019, are affected. The manufacture date can be found on the sticker at the base of the seat. The car seat involved was sold in Jet (UPC: 810007840000), Ocean (UPC: 810007840024) and Earth (UPC: 810007840062) colors.

Dates Sold: The car seat was sold in Nordstrom stores and online at Nordstrom.com beginning in April 2019.

Remedy: WAYB is working closely with the NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) on a recall plan to replace the headrests on affected Pico Travel Car Seats, free of charge. WAYB will notify customers as soon as it has more information. Name of Product(s): Stokke® Steps™ Bouncer

Hazard: Consumers who utilize the Stokke Steps Bouncer with the Stokke Steps Chair may find in some circumstances that the Steps Bouncer can detach from Steps Chair, posing a fall hazard to the child in the Steps Bouncer.

Although this potential issue only occurs when the Steps Bouncer is used in conjunction with the Steps Chair, not when used separately, it is important that consumers with affected product obtain and make the repairs associated with this recall.

Description: The recall involves the following item numbers produced between February 2014 and December 2018:

Description: This recall only impacts Tuo Convertible High Chairs with date codes: HH5/2017, HH6/2017, HH7/2017, HH8/2017, HH9/2017, HH092717, HH092917, HH010518, HH030518, HH05182018, and HH05312018. The date code is located on the back of the high chairs.

Dates Sold: The high chairs were sold online only, not in stores, at Nordstrom.com between June 2017 and December 2018.

Hazard: Part of the USB wall adapter on the nightlights could fragment when unplugging the device, posing a safety hazard.

Description: The impacted nightlights have a USB plug adapter; one-piece cord adapters are not impacted by this recall.

Hazard: MixBin is reporting that the liquid and glitter can leak out of the case, potentially causing burns and skin irritation.

Incidents/Injuries: There have been 19 reports (in the U.S.) of skin irritation or chemical burns.

Description: The iPhone cases were sold in four colors: rose gold, clear, black and silver. The cases were sold for iPhone 6, 6s and 7.

Dates Sold: The MixBin SnowGlobe Glitter iPhone Cases were sold at Nordstrom Rack stores, on Nordstromrack.com and online on HauteLook from March 2017 to June 2017.

Name of Product: Zutano Infant Cozie Gripper Booties

Hazard: Zutano is reporting the nonslip rubber grips on the bottom of the booties can detach, posing a choking hazard.

Incidents/Injuries: There have been two reports of the rubber grips being found in infants' mouths.

Description: The infant fleece Cozie booties are 70% cotton and 30% polyester and have rubber grips each in the shape of a "Z" on the bottom. Zutano booties without grippers are not affected by this recall. The booties were sold in sizes 12 months and 18 months in multicolored styles and 13 solid colors: chocolate, grey, heather grey, hot pink, pool (aqua), apple (light green), cream, fuchsia, lime, mandarin, navy, pagoda (turquoise blue) and periwinkle. Impacted booties have one of the following tracking numbers sewn under the care label: FALL161-03/16, FALL166-03/16, FALL166-06/16, FALL167-06/16, FALL168-07/16, FALL169-07/16, FALL1610-08/16, FALL1611-09/16, FALL1612-07/16.

Name of Product: RDG Global Freshman Asymmetrical Zip Hoodie

Hazard: RDG Global is reporting that the drawstring inside the lining of the hood does not meet standards and could pose a strangulation hazard.

Incidents/Injuries: There have not been any reports of injury, but out of an abundance of caution RDG Global is working with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) to recall the zip hoodie.

Description: The hooded sweatshirt has a split kangaroo pocket and front asymmetrical zipper closure. The hood is lined with fleece and the cuffs and hem of the jacket are both elastic. The sweatshirt has a label sewn in with the number 8K80375N printed on its tag and was sold in sizes small through extra-large.

Dates Sold: The Freshman Asymmetrical Zip Hoodie was sold in Nordstrom stores and online at Nordstrom.com since November 2016.

Hazard: The Honest Company is reporting that the product may be contaminated with microorganisms that could cause skin or eye infections.

Incidents/Injuries: There have not been any reports of injury or infection, but out of an abundance of caution The Honest Company is working with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to recall the baby powder.

Description: The baby powder was sold in a 4-ounce bottle. The bottle is white, with pink writing and a decorative floral pattern along the bottom. The back of the bottle has a barcode with the following UPC below it: 817810014529.

Dates Sold: The Organic Baby Powder was sold in Nordstrom stores and online at Nordstrom.com from 2014 until early January 2017.

Name of Product: ALEX Jr. First Snaps and Baby Builder Play Sets

Hazard: ALEX is reporting that small parts of the plastic toy building sets can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Incidents/Injuries: There have been 22 reports of the ends of small parts detaching from the building sets. There have been no reports of injury.

Description: The recall involves two ALEX Jr. branded sets of infant building toys: the Baby Builder (model 1982) and First Snaps (model 1981S). The sets include an assortment of plastic shapes in bright colors. The pieces are designed to be pulled, pushed, snapped and twisted. They come in stackable plastic jars that contained either 14 or 26 pieces. All Baby Builder sets are being recalled. Only pre-November 2010 First Snaps sets are being recalled. You can determine whether your First Snaps product is subject to the recall by locating the batch code on your plastic container. If your plastic container has one of the following batch codes, which can be found on a sticker above the UPC code on the container, it is subject to the recall: P0002073, P0001713, P0001330, P0000954, P0002107, P0001628, P0001009, P00000814, P0001948, P0001536, P0001098, P0001677, P0001427 or P0000983.

Dates Sold: The products were sold online at HauteLook.com in 2010, 2011 and February 2015.

SWAGWAY RECALLS X1 HANDS-FREE SMARTBOARD BECAUSE OF POSSIBLE SMOKING, FIRE AND/OR EXPLOSION HAZARDS

Name of Product: Swagway X1 Hands-Free Smartboard

Hazard: The lithium-ion battery packs in the self-balancing scooters (also known as hoverboards) can overheat, posing a risk of the products smoking, catching fire and/or exploding.

Incidents/Injuries: There have been 42 reports of issues with the battery packs, including 16 reports of injuries, such as burns to the neck, leg and arm, as well as severe property damage.

Description: The hoverboard has two wheels at either end of a platform and is powered by a lithium-ion battery pack. With the word "Swagway" printed on the front, the product comes in several colors, including gold, black, blue, green, red or pink.

Dates Sold: The product was sold in Nordstrom stores and online at Nordstrom.com from November to December 2015.

Remedy: Customers should immediately stop using the product and contact Swagway for a refund, a repair kit or a Swagway merchandise credit that can be used toward purchasing another hoverboard model directly from Swagway. NUNA ZAAZ HIGH CHAIR

NUNA RECALLS ZAAZ HIGH CHAIRS BECAUSE OF POSSIBLE FALL HAZARD

Name of Product: nuna ZAAZ High Chair

Hazard: The arm bar on the nuna ZAAZ can bend or detach during use, posing a fall hazard.

Incidents/Injuries: There have been 50 reports of the arm bar detaching, including six reports of children falling from the high chair, made to nuna. Four incidents resulted in injuries, including bruising and a cut on the forehead.

Description: ZAAZ high chairs purchased after February 1, 2013, with model numbers HC-07-004 (pewter), HC-07-005 (carbon), HC-07-006 (plum), HC-07-009 (almond), HC-08-004 (pewter), HC-08-005 (carbon), HC-08-006 (plum) and HC-08-009 (almond) are affected by the recall. The model number is printed under the high chair seat on a white sticker, and "nuna" is printed above the footrest of the unit.

Dates Sold: The nuna ZAAZ high chairs were sold in Nordstrom stores and online at Nordstrom.com beginning February 1, 2013.

Remedy: Customers should immediately stop using the ZAAZ high chair and, if they haven't already been contacted by nuna, reach out to them for a free repair kit that includes a new arm bar and instructions on how to easily switch it out. You may also return the ZAAZ high chair to any Nordstrom store or through Nordstrom.com for a full refund.
