Pricing Policy

Nordstrom’s goal is to offer competitive pricing, delivering the best possible value and brands our customers love. We stand behind our everyday pricing, so we don't price match other retailers.

Please note:

• If we lower the price of an item you've already purchased from us at full price and we still have the same color and size available, we will adjust the price at your request within 10 days of your in-store purchase or shipment date.
• Price adjustments are not eligible for items originally purchased on sale.
• Only one price adjustment per item is allowed.
• Price adjustments are not eligible for items purchased from third-party sellers or Nordstrom Marketplace.
• Approved price adjustments will be credited to your original form of payment.
• We do not accept automated price adjustment requests from third-party services.
• If the same color and size are still available, items included in Nordstrom savings events and Nordstrom Anniversary Sales are eligible for price adjustments.
• Nordstrom is not responsible for changes in price listed in catalogs or availability of products. Items may not be available in every Nordstrom store.
