Unique but different
They are really great knives, very unique. But it's odd that two of them have a coating and two do not. Two have what seems like just exposed wood handles that are rough to the touch. The other two are smooth (and also have red inserts in the handles).

Great! Just be careful…
We’ve had the Zwilling Toro steak knife set for a few years now. Great knives. They hold an edge well, comfortable in your hand and beautiful to look at with the colored wood handles. The only issue we have is when you set the knife on the edge of the plate or table (before dinner!), the knife rolls to blade edge up. As long as you you place it, say between the fork tinges. Only complaint, if you want to call it that. Highly recommend.
