Nice pan - well made

Perfection
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a few lower quality roasting pans and always labored to clean them up properly. I upgraded to this one and I'll never look back. The pan almost cleans itself with just the spray from a faucet - it's shockingly impressive. On top of that, the gaps in the grates are perfectly spaced - I've never tasted better roasted food.
