Espresso mug handle broke right off on first wash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful cups—except the handle broke clean off on my first hand wash. I was very careful/gentle...not sure what happened

Perfect mug for my ristretto shots!

Love the size! Fits my usual 3 ristretto shots perfectly! Also love the size of the handle! Fits my hand very comfortably and looks lovely!

Some opinion

I really love the design—it’s sleek, lightweight, and very well made. It also keeps ice cold for much longer than I expected. The only downside is that the material is a bit harder to clean. Coffee, especially lattes, and other drinks tend to leave residue that sticks to the inside more easily.
