Four premium steak knives are forged in Germany, each from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel, and each fitted with an ergonomically curved three-rivet handle—allowing you to cut meat with improved precision, safety and comfort. The edges—precision-honed and laser-controlled to a 15° angle on each side—can be sharpened in full from bolster to tip, and the raised handles provide knuckle clearance for easier slicing.

Great knife brand for pro or amateur
I love this brand of knife. My wife bought these for us for Christmas; she knows that I used them when I was a meat cutter years ago. The thin blades and very high grade of material allow blade to maintain an edge throughout the day being steeled only, and stoned only in the morning.
