Don’t touch !
I really don't like this product. It often breaks the cork and the cork won't come out. The cork is thus in a thousand pieces on my counter and in the trash. I advise you to pass on it since this wine bottle opener works half the time.

Great until something goes wrong.
When it works to spec, it’s great. Consistent, even cork pulls with quiet running motor. But like a lot of zwilling products, it suffers from over design, such that there’s no practical way to unseal the device when a cork gets stuck.

Compact and wonderful
Compact, takes usbc cord to charge. Once charged I can unplug and put away compared to my old one that had to stay on the counter plugged in. Am used to holding down the button to operate my old wine opener. You press the button once and it does it for you!!
