Bellasera Satin 45-Piece Flatware Set

I researched a lot about getting a good, no, the best quality flatware that would not rust when used in the dishwasher. While seeing that this could be an issue from some reviews of zwilling flatware I did learn that theirs was one of the highest qualities. I took a chance and spend the extra money to buy their product which I loved. After the1st wash in the dishwasher a couple of knives came out with rust and I noticed chips and blemishes on those knives. The rest were fine. I could understand this from a year of use but one use and wash? This was unacceptable and the knives must have come with damage and the chip or nick ie in the knives that are rushing. I contacted zwilling and their immediate response was rust isn’t covered under the warranty! No consideration for the reason for the rust with a brand new set of flatware purchased! I’m disgusted with this response and expected much better from a company that I thought was reputable.
