just ugly

Purchased for my husband and returned. Color is odd, thin rough potato sack like material, hangs straight down with no shape or elastic at waist. Looks stretched out and misshapen, like a sad Charlie Brown shirt. Should be no more than $70 for poor quality, fit, and material.
