Came for the loungewear stayed for the saree!
I found Sani by accident shopping for loungewear, but flipped when I realized that it was made by a South Asian brand and they actually have sarees!! Honestly, I was a little hesitant after reading some of the bad reviews, but PLEASE don't pay attention to the hate because this saree is AMAZING. The fabric is soft, the drape is so easy and the detailing on the top is beautiful. It has pockets (actually useful ones) and the gathering on the front was definitely flattering. I'm typically a 4-6 in most brands and I purchased a small (and it fit great)!

How it fit
Adding to my review earlier of how I got an XS as 5'2" person and had to get the blouse fitted slightly. I normally wear an XS and 32A bust but this was little loose so had to get it adjusted. Still worked out good though!

Comfortable for plus size
It is super hard to find plus sized clothes that is actually comfortable here in the states. I would often travel to India to have something made because nothing I ever purchased online seemed to work. SO HAPPY I found Sani- this outfit was EVERYTHING. I wore it to a reception and I felt so regal and received so many compliments. The blouse detailing is beautiful and the skirt hit high enough that it flattered my figure and hid my post baby belly well (my main concern). Also being able to wrap the saree in 2 seconds-MAJOR PLUS.

A great look for Indian + Western fusion wedding!!
I wore it to an Indian + Western fusion wedding and honestly this is my favorite wedding look to date!! My friend was thrilled that I showed up wearing a saree (so thankful this takes 2 seconds to drape because I know there is no way I could have pulled off a saree without step-by-step instructions from someone) and I felt super comfortable/confident in it. I purchased small and felt like it was true to size. I am a bit taller (5'8) and don't typically wear heels- so the length was just right.
