do not understand the reviews

just wanted to chime in and say that these leggings (in the dark purple colorway) are great and NOT short at all! I'm 5'10" and these are the perfect 7/8 length on me. I'm generally between a M and L (size 8-10 or 29) and typically Zella runs small on me. I got the Medium, however, and they fit great and are very comfy. In the past I have not liked Zella leggings but these feel so much nicer than the previous ones I've tried. No camel toe and no cellulite, etc. Very supportive but not TOO much compression as to be uncomfortable. I just love them. I do expect that, like any leggings that are not black, they will probably show sweat stains. But when I'm at the gym I expect to sweat and it's not a secret so I don't care. I will be wearing these for workouts and lounging.

These leggings are HEAVENLY! I’ve owned many Zella leggings before. Unfortunately, something has changed. The fabric pilled after wearing them a few times. I haven’t washed them yet. So disappointed.

cute but pilled immediately

Love the color and style of these pants. Unfortunately they pilled before I even took the tags off. Curious if it’s the fabric because my mom has had a similar pair for years without issue. Bummed because these were a great price. Returned since it was apparent they’d pill with any wear.

the pilling is next level!!!!! terrible quality.

The quality of these leggings is terrible. I was so excited bc the fit is perfect and they have pockets. But they have pilled so much I don’t even wear them out of my house anymore. Total waste of money and will not be purchasing again.

not the same as last version

I loved the previous version, I purchased 10+ pairs and they were in heavy rotation, but Zella changed the material on these leggings and the new ones clung to my cellulite and pilled after one wash. Don’t recommend.
