Relaxed Washed 2.0 Long Sleeve Slub Tee

I haven’t ordered clothing from Nordstrom for awhile since before the you know what. But continued to purchase skincare and beauty. Now I’m wondering why product quality has gone down put prices have gone up since 2021. I used to believe in Nordstrom but they are letting me down. I will not pay FULL PRICE for a garment that has seams that are uneven. Why, why, why? Send out a garment with seams that don’t lay straight and smooth? A shame. I love the color and style, however I’m insulted by poor workmanship. Not bothering to waste MY time to reorder and be sent another “second” in quality. Please consider who your customers have been for the last 30 plus years. Your reputation is in question.

I ordered the purple, black, white, light green, and storm colors in this shirt. The black and purple fit well but the neckline, length, and width of the white, green, and storm were too large. The length was short and shirts were boxy. The white was too sheer and the green shirt had dye that was lighter and darker in places. For $45.00, you’d expect consistent sizing and quality especially at Nordstrom. I have never had this problem at LLBean. Please Nordstrom - if you don’t want to lose customers, don’t sacrifice quality.

I purchased 3 colors…navy sapphire, blue sky and pink desert. Fabric is thin and very soft, and it is what it is…a slub Tshirt. The fit is true in a slightly oversized way. The product could be improved, but I’m using them for workouts, not black tie. Blue sky arrived first. A pretty robin eggs blue throwback shade. I washed it and tossed it in the dryer on low. It dried in two seconds and didn’t shrink. Navy sapphire arrived today….balled up in a wad and crammed in a bag. Not a good look nor typical of Nordstrom. Kinda reminded me of David Spade et al on SNL back in the day working at the Gap folding shirts. Anyone who works garment retail needs to know how to fold a shirt. That said, it’s a pretty, vibrant shade of navy. Both hit at low hip and sleeve length is sufficient and fit me as shown on the model. The pink desert hasn’t arrived yet.
