Beautiful and excellent quality
I ordered this for my daughter, who lives in Sacramento and is expecting later this month. She picked up the order with no issue and loves the stroller.

Don’t do it.
I only made a Nordstrom account to post my warning review. This is by far the worst stroller I’ve EVER purchased. With two other sons I definitely had my share of strollers/umbrella strollers. At first I loved the color, how clean it looks and having the extra add on when baby can sit upright BUT when I used it I regretted not going to Walmart and getting a reliable Graco stroller. First of all, it’s huge, feels like you’re pushing a shopping cart. Secondly it doesn’t release from the car base when you pull the lever in back. Sometimes it takes a good couple tries and hard pulls. Third, bottom of stroller looks like it has a nice big basket underneath BUT there’s a bar in between the basket so that makes it hard if you really needed that space for baby items. Fourth, the wheels. Heavens above I don’t know where to start. Okay here, the wheels get stuck ALL THE TIME. Think they’re rolling straight? Nope reverse again. How about now? Nope. So I end up wheelying my month old because the front wheels won’t move. Awesome. Reversing out of an elevator? You’ll look like an idiot trying to push the stroller straight because the wheels are discombobulated. Today was the last straw. I’m on vacation, already annoyed from the stroller not working correctly, I pack it up to put it in the car and while walking the right wheel rolls across the parking lot. Literal footage of this. I wish I could get my money back. I might even leave this stroller on the side of the road and pick one up at Walmart tomorrow. Horrible. Please waste your hard earned money. Keep looking!

Not worth the money, horrible quality
I purchased this system three months ago and already the car seat is torn. I have not even used it daily. There is no reason that within three months the car seat cover has torn. This is horrible quality. I do not recommend anyone purchase this system.

Very bad quality
The stroller was great and works fine and the color I chose (New hope tan) so pretty. But the car seat had a hole in the canopy and when I tried to return they would not let me because it was an open box and it’s also really hard to take apart and wash honestly go with something else save your money it’s not worth it.

Disappointing Stroller Experience
As a mother of four, I’ve had my fair share of experience with strollers, and unfortunately, this one has been a major letdown. Wheel Problems From the Start The front wheels constantly get stuck and refuse to rotate smoothly. I’ve had to stop and manually rotate the wheels by hand just to keep moving. Tried tightening and checking the bolts on the front tires, but nothing has fixed the issue. Comparison to Other Brands I’ve previously used strollers from Nuna, Stokke, and Mamas & Papas and never experienced these kinds of problems. Those brands offered a much smoother ride and required far less maintenance. Regret and Recommendation This was supposed to be my last stroller purchase, and I truly regret choosing this brand. As a busy parent, the last thing you want is to deal with a stroller that constantly needs fixing. I do not recommend this stroller. Save yourself the frustration and consider other brands that are more reliable. Avoid this stroller and invest in a better-quality brand—you’ll thank yourself later!
