Pretty, but not able to walk in them.

Very pretty , but these shoes don't feel good. I tried walking in them in my house and they were awkward, and I felt like a duck trying to keep them on. They were TOO flat . I could never have walked down the aisle at my Grand daughters wedding. II put them back in the box and wore some sandels from 3 summers ago. I would like to return them. Someone will love them. Please inform me as to how to return them.
