Volume Effet Faux Cils Waterproof Mascara

I love this mascara. I switched from my mac mascara to this one after a friend recommended it to me. It is great, does not clump my lashes and makes them look longer than they already are. One thing is I cannot get this mascara off! It is sooo waterproof! I tried getting it off with makeup wipes, eye makeup remover, I could still not get it off. Next time I am going to purchase the non-waterproof mascara

Only waterproof formulas will hold the curl on my otherwise straight, sparse lashes. This YSL product is the best. Volumizing, glossy, holds the curl in place. I try EVERY new WP mascara and always come back to this. LOVE LOVE LOVE.

I have very straight Asian eyelashes that need a waterproof mascara to hold any kind of a curl. Many waterproof mascaras have been too dry or brittle for me, or otherwise do nothing to emphasize my lashes. This mascara is great. It gives me good thickening, lengthening and definition and wears very nicely. The tube also lasts a good amount of time before drying out. I highly recommend this product.

It gives both length & volume, separates, doesn't weigh down my lashes, holds curl & stays put without flaking until I decide to take it off (even on terrible allergy days, in high humidity work trip locations, & through tear-jerkers). It can be layered for as dramatic a look as I want without ever having to worry about clumping. Each bottle has lasted me around 3 months without drying out. Removes easily for me with Almay waterproof makeup remover pads. Over the years I've tried every waterproof mascara made by Dior, Lancôme, Chanel, Giorgio Armani, Buxom, Bare Essentials, Makeup Forever, Stila, TooFaced, Guerlain, Blinc, Givenchy, Urban Decay, Tarte, Nars & MAC (I'm sure I'm missing a few), in addition to countless drugstore brands - this is finally THE ONE! I'm still a sucker for trying any new waterproof mascara that hits the market...just in case...but so far none have been able to touch this. I have average lashes to begin with but I get compliments regularly on how lucky I am to have such beautiful lashes...not lucky, just finally using the best waterproof mascara ever!

I have tried other brands but always come back to this one. Won't smudge even you got teary watching a touching movie :)

I have this new " little problem" when I go from the very cold to the indoors ,my eyes start watering like " I've just lost my best friend " . Enough so,that I was carrying tissues ,or in extreme cold,skipping makeup ,around the eyes,and focussing on face and lips .It got to be so embarrassing ,that at an airport in beginning of January ,my eyes were running like a facet ,and three flight attendants came to see if they could console me,when I was in a perfectly good and happy mood! I had tried other water proof mascaras before ,but they don't work on me ,or they are impossible to get off.As I mentioned on the " regular YSL mascara ( my new favorite) ,I love what it does to my eyes,adding volume and length ,I often go without eyeliner ! So,I decided to go with this waterproof mascara ! Problem solved! I still have my old habit of using my Estée Lauder makeup remover WIPES,which are fabulous ,and mascara removes easily with this! With others I had tried the EL wipes would not work,and I have been using those wipes since my Nordstrom beauty consultant introduced them to me years ago ! So to make an incredible long story short,this mascara is as awesome in the waterproof as in the regular!
