What it is: Touche Éclat Blur Primer is paired with Touche Éclat All-Over Glow Powder to create a radiant, sun-kissed complexion.
Set includes:
- Touche Éclat Blur Primer (1 oz.): a non-greasy, lightweight formula packed with gold flecks that leave a subtle, luminous shimmer.
- Touche Éclat All-Over Glow Powder (0.29 oz.): a highlighter designed to suit all skin tones for a natural, all-over glow.
How to use: Apply Blur Primer under foundation or wear it alone for a smooth glass skin effect. Dispense one pump onto the back of your hand. Use a foundation brush or your fingers to gently sweep over your face, starting in the center and working outward. Wait 10 seconds before applying foundation to allow the primer to set. Follow with the powder, using a brush to dust all over your face. Build the formula for desired intensity. For a more concentrated highlight, focus the formula on the high points of the face or simply apply all over for a lit-from-within look.
