What it is: A volumizing mascara with a long-wearing formula that delivers instant definition and a romantic false-lash effect.
What it does: This richly pigmented mascara won't clump, smudge or flake. It's designed with a unique fiber brush which lifts your lashes and creates maximum volume. Its formula is infused with walnut leaf, argan oil and provitamin B5, which help leave your eyelashes supple, soft and full.
How to use: Apply from the base to the tips of your lashes using a zigzag motion to lift and separately. To amplify the effect of this mascara, use a primer before application.

New Addition to the Collection
This mascara provides lovely 1. length, 2. definition, and 3. volume and is easy to layer (I’ve ranked them based on the mascara performance). It’s a wetter formula and will transfer a little if you don’t lightly powder under your eyes. I prefer different mascaras depending on my mood and this is a solid, everyday addition to my collection. For reference, here are other mascaras in my makeup bag currently: Le Volume de Chanel (all-time fave), Nars Climax, Chanel Inmitable Intense, Marc Jacobs At Lash’d

So bad, I’m just tossing it in the trash. Very dry and makes you look like a raccoon by the end of the day. Going back to my Clarins 4D.

Not as good as the original
I am giving this 4 stars because the fragrance is not the same as the original Volume Effet Faux Cils. I did not prefer the Radical, but it goes on very nicely. Slightly smudgy under the eye after a few hours of wear.

Fabulous Faux Cils Look
I love this mascara! It is so easy to apply, and it doesn't smudge or irritate my eyes! It gets every last little lash in the corners of my eyes and brings them out while thickening and lengthening these little lashes, as well as the rest of my lashes. I think I've tried every mascara under the sun - some costing much more than this one, and I think YSL Radical Volume Effect Faux Cils (which means false eyelashes in French), is the best mascara of all!
