I am very happy with this foundation. I got a sample of it and used the tiny jar for one whole week- I went back to Nordstrom and bought the full size container today. The foundation makes my skin look flawless- like it has been airbrushed by a makeup artist. Note- I do not have flawless skin. I have some hyperpigmentation, freckles, cystic acne scars, and some redness. People who see me think and say to me, "your skin looks fantastic!" It goes on super light and you need the tiniest amount. I have found the best way to apply is by using a stipling brush and if you wish for more coverage, use a flat tapered foundation brush (the kind that looks like a painter brush). Buffing it into my skin takes about 10 seconds. It's the quickest foundation application routine I've ever had. The YSL sales lady told me the coverage is actually medium to full, which is surprising because the liquid is quite runny and light feeling. The package says it lasts for 24 hours but even with primer, I think it lasts for 8-10 hours. The product also has a pleasant smell. There are so many different colors that you are sure to find one that looks perfect on you. I am using BD20 and people cannot tell that I am wearing makeup at all. I had been using Nars radiance glow BB cream and Guerlain Lingerie de Peau. I think this works way better than either of those two. It does not look or feel like I am wearing any makeup- it just looks like I have flawless skin. Having dry skin, I don't use any additional setting powder. Super happy with this foundation, I will not be changing foundations for a long time! I think one bottle can last a year or more because you only have to use a tiny amount each time.
