What it is: A bold, waterproof eyeliner that creates a precise liner look.
What it does: This eyeliner delivers lasting hold and intense color payoff. The smudgeproof formula contains high-impact colors and offers a comfortable glide-on application, delivering color that stays put for up to 12 hours.
How to use: Draw along the inner rim of your lower eyelid, or along the lashline toward the outer corner. It can also be used all over the lid by blending with an applicator to create an eyeshadow effect.

Absolutely hands down I LOVE this EYELINER! Goes on super smooth and looks just like the pencil your applying. I have light brown eyes and bought the Bourgogne because it shows off the green hues AND its a fall color :) I have NEVER ever found a eyeliner I loved. Always turns funky or the black goes grayish blueish....I think if it is this awesome I am willing to pay the price. However, not all high priced items mean that they work or worth paying for it. This is worth it and it looks amazing on. Yes, stays on so beautiful. I am thinking of grabbing the blue ;)

Amazing
I love this, I use it every day. can be applied gently, for an everyday look or thickly for a more dramatic effect. Waterproof is a bonus, it also doesn't go to the bottom lash line when you blink. The pencil is in additional bonus even thaugh you have sharpened it lasts longer. I use the laura Mercier sharpener for 3 dollars. Definitely, recommend the best eyeliner I ever had.

Amazing!
Got this eyeliner in blue and I absolutely love it! Not only is the color beautiful, but it actually stays on! This is definitely long wearing and easy to apply. I will be buying more!

Don’t Buy Unless You like Racoon Eyes
Worst eyeliner ever. I put in on before work, and it bled into by 10 am. Too soft for precision work.
