What it is: A lip liner that provides six hours of creamy, matte wear with no transferring, feathering or creasing.
What it does: This soft, creamy formula moisturizes your lips and provides a beautiful matte finish. One end of the pencil features a high-precision top for defined color, while the other includes a blender to blur the formula for your desired look. It also includes a fitted sharpener for precision.
How to use: Line, style and prime. Line your lips by tracing the outer edges at the top and bottom lip to ensure your lipstick does not bleed throughout the day. For a bolder look, use the lip liner in the corners of your lips for an ombré effect. Prime by using a transparent shade to moisturize and flaunt your natural lip color.
