What it is: A 24-hour, multitasking powder that can be used to build coverage or over foundation for a natural matte finish and shine-free complexion.

What it does: This weightless powder instantly absorbs oil to mattify the skin, set foundation and keep your complexion shine-free from day to night. The formula's rich pigmentation and translucent microspheres create medium buildable coverage that will not cake or flake, keeping skin soft and flawless all day. It is presented in a luxurious, matte black compact adorned with the brand's logo.

How to use: When using alone as a powder foundation with lightweight coverage, use the applicator's flocked side to press a fine layer of dry powder into the T-zone, then blend outward. For higher coverage, use the applicator's sponge side in a tap-in motion to build coverage as desired. If using as a finishing powder, use a powder brush to gently buff the powder and set a matte result. Perfect throughout the day where needed with the flocked side of the sponge to maintain a perfectly mattified look.

Third time purchasing this product! There’s honesty nothing better than this for a universal setting powder! It keeps your face looking matte and fresh and if you feel like you need a little fix, this will restore your makeup look as if you did your makeup fresh! I use the translucent color and it seriously works wonders!!

Too Much Fragrance
This powder was too highly scented and too chalky white for me. Left a rather ghostly look even with light handed application. Had to return.

It smells.
The first thing I noticed was the smell. It’s got a very prominent perfume like smell, and not a very good one at that. I’m not sure if I can get past it, and so I don’t know if I’ll be keeping the powder as I’m not keen on perfuming my face. The packaging is pretty, but I can’t really carry it in my purse as I had planned to because the bottom compartment, where the sponge is, as holes. It’s white powder, but I don’t want the residue ending up in my bags. I used a brush when I applied the product, and you can definitely load it as the powder is very.. extra.. for lack of a better word. It’s messy. I’d say it goes on smoothly, but I’d also say most powders do. It doesn’t accentuate my fines lines or go on cakey, but it doesn’t diminish the appearance of them either. In conclusion, yes it performs. It does what setting powders are supposed to do. It sets make-up. Is it worth the price tag? No.

This is the only setting / blurring powder I’ve found that actually sets my makeup to a velvety matte finish and manages to blur my pores and fine lines. Keeps my oily skin with a subtle matte look all day. It goes on smooth and seems a bit light at first but sets perfectly to my olive toned skin. This is the Holy Grail of finishing powder.
