Wrong item was shipped

Very upset about receiving the wrong item which was on big sales versus the one I ordered was not on sales during Black Friday sales. Also I had been charged with the non on sales price for it. Now I have to go to store to return or exchange it.

Unflattering and feels cheap

North Face fleece is usually softer and cozier, but this feels cheap. The cut is bulky and unflattering. The pocket oddly placed.

Good quality fleece. A little boxy. True to size. The zippers had incorrect/mixed up pulls on them though (the one on the right pocket should be on the main zipper)
