Sizing is SO CONFUSING
I reread this at least a dozen times from the product sizing page. "the sizes listed on the product page are US, please refer to the size guide and order your US size." Well I guess it's my fault because they didn't actually have my US size which according to the measurements on the sizing chart would have been a 16. Too bad because it's a lovely dress. The color is much prettier in person. Oh well! It fit through the lower body, ironically enough but I just couldn't button it over my chest. So a 16 would have probably been too big. I think a 14 would have been just right. And it was short enough for me too. For that reason I put that is too big.
