my new favorite dress
Wore this to a wedding and had tons of compliments. The fit is incredible, I was hugged and held by this dress and felt totally fine eating food (I even had seconds). I love the weight of the fabric and I didn’t have any issues with the zipper. I was wrangling my 1 year old at the wedding too and didn’t break a sweat. I love this dress and could have it in allll the prints. For me the size guide was spot on.

expected more for the price
Honestly I dont recommend buying this dress. I wanted something more linen cool summer, in between of casual but dressy dress like reformation, this dress is wayyyy overpriced for the material especially the zipper. Cheap materials and charging 269? Ladies pass this one you can find better dresses.

beautiful but ITTY BITTY
I own around 4 or 5 house of cb dresses all in the same size, small. I have a 27 inch waist and it’s usually a perfect fit. This dress however was so insanely tiny. The waist was 12.5 inches across (yes I measured) so a 25 inch waist with almost no stretch. Even if you know house of cb sizing SIZE UP ON THIS ONE MAN

Alterations are a must
This dress is not designed with fuller busts in mind even with the fuller bust option. It runs extremely small and a little long if you’re petite. Even with those concerns, I loved the silhouette. The trick is to upsize and get it altered. Yes, this is expensive and annoying but it’s worth it to me. The dress is heavy and well made. My tailor loved the quality too.

the dress is way too small
I'm 5'2, 100lbs. I ordered Small A/C and X-small A/C both sizes does not fit. The dress came in so long and was so tight i could not zip it. The material is very good but I feel that if you're not blessed with the hourglass shape body you might not look good in this type of dress. Sadly i have to return

Beautiful material but awkward fit.
I wanted to love this. The dress is very heavy and high quality. Initially I ordered a small. Based on House of CBs measurements, I was a small. However upon receiving it, I couldn’t fully zip it up to my bust. I tried a medium, and it was just slightly loose in the corset, and the skirt felt too big / full. It’s disappointing because I do love the material, but their sizing is so off from standard dresses.
