No candle

This product is listed as a kit. Includes 3 pictures of a candle but doesn’t actually include a candle! It’s so misleading. Kit only means a tattoo and a piece of paper. I ordered as a gift and can’t even return it. Why would you include so many pictures of a candle and the candle by itself.

Please accept our apologies for your inconvenience and disappointment with your purchase, and thank you for giving us the opportunity to correct our error for the benefit of future customers. False Advertising!

The company who makes this sweatshirt should have to ship the candle shown to all the people who purchased this “Set” before Nordstrom added the disclaimer that no candle included/ it’s an error that the pics are included. I spoke to a nice Nordstrom rep who felt awful abt the error but couldn’t help bc it’s a market place order direct from company. well they need to make it right and ship the candle to buyers who bought the set before the disclaimer went up. It’s ridiculously false advertisement. Again, my Nordstrom rep wanted to help but couldn’t even offer a price adjustment! we only received 1 of the 2 items we purchased!! Conscious company needs to make this right!

extremely soft

Bought as gift and the recipient couldn’t have been more pleased. First comment was how incredibly soft it was, then there was the awww moment when she saw the hearts and embroidered message. Well made too. Definitely a win-win.
