not quite

Obviously, this dress is very striking. I was surprised when I took it out of the bag, the black tie was included. I thought that was just a styling piece added on here. Anyway, the dress is very heavy. Heavy in weight. And runs small. I'm usually a size 8 or 10 and I ordered the large. I couldn't even zip up the back.
