Beautiful, but

Unfortunately, there’s always a but… The material is so lovely, and the turquoise color is stunning. However, it is not form fitting like shown on the model. I bought my regular size 8, and it was very loose in the waist area. Don’t know if sizing down would help or not. Struggling with whether or not to return it because it truly is beautiful… But…
