Xtreme 5 Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really impressed with the JBL Xtreme 5. The sound is super clean and crisp, and it gets plenty loud without sounding distorted. We used it outside for hours and the battery barely moved, which was a pleasant surprise. Huge bonus that it’s waterproof and dustproof too (with IP86 ratings), which will be great for our upcoming camping trips. Another feature I really like is that you can link it with other JBL products that have Auracast capabilities. Instant surround sound 😀 Overall, this speaker has been awesome so far and I’m seriously excited to use it more this summer.

It’s easy to set up and has amazing sound. I’ll be taking this on the boat, on picnics, and to office parties. The sound quality is amazing with a deep bass and crisp treble. The battery lasts plenty long enough. The Xtreme 5 is a durable party speaker that sounds amazing with any music genre. I definitely enjoy its versatility. Still small enough to take anywhere, but sounds huge. Love it!

I primarily use it connected to my Firestick to watch movies and live cricket, and the Bluetooth 6.0 connection is flawless. There is zero noticeable audio-video lag, which is crucial for sports and films. Switching over from the Firestick to my phone to stream music is instant and seamless. **The Karaoke Experience** A huge bonus: I paired this with the new JBL Mic Easy Sing Mini, and it was a truly amazing experience. The mic’s AI vocal removal and effects, combined with the massive, room-filling sound of the Xtreme 5, instantly turned my living room into a flawless karaoke setup. If you like singing along to your tracks, picking up the Easy Sing Mini alongside this speaker is an absolute must. **Build Quality** Right out of the box, the Xtreme 5 feels incredibly rugged. The bass and bass boost along with the sound quality of this lightweight portable speaker makes it our go to for our outdoor adventures. It is waterproof and dustproof so we take this on our paddleboards. Makes for a great time. The speaker box case has has some rubberized protective areas and the strap is heavy duty. The strap clips are made out of steel, no worry about them breaking when transporting the Xtreme 5. It stays charged for roughly 25 hours and if you plug it in for 10 minutes you'll get 2 hours of music. The ambient light around the bottom and top of the speaker box is a nice elegant touch. Connecting to my Android phone was instantaneous. We also connected a JBL Mic Mini to the speaker box and it was cristal clear. Karaoke is way better in this box with the Mic Mini. Our granddaughters loved it. The JBL Xtreme has all the right stuff for our lifestyle. The most important features to us was the phenomenal sound quality (adjustable through the JBL App), portability, and waterproof. Highly Recommended

The sound the bass and the durability are features i always check off when using a speaker! I am a content creator and the sound this provides is phenomenal. The one and only downside is that it is a bit heavy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I still have a JBL party box on the go and comparing this to that it’s actually pretty good. I can’t say it’s as good as the party box as far as sound quality and loudness but it makes up for it in other features, this charges a lot faster with the fast charger they include and it’s a lot lighter and more portable than the party box which is bulkier and heavier. The controls are really simple with only six buttons so it’s really straight forward. The things that makes this so good is the ruggedness of it, being able to drop water on it or taking to the beach and not worry about sand damaging it is the most amazing thing about this speaker.
