One shoe to rule them all
I absolutely adore this shoe. This was my very first Salomon, purchased in mid-2024. I have since purchased an additional pair of XT4s, and 2 pairs of XT6 but I still wear my first black XT4s consistently. This was my primary shoe on a 4 week backpacking trip through Europe that brought me from Berlin to Mallorca to a voyage from Naples / Ischia all the way up to Venice by train. The shoes we were worn for everyday walking, jogging through Berlin city streets & parks, dancing for 10 hours in Berghain, picking my way over rocky beach entries, walking on hot sand, doing 30k steps in one day climbing the hill to St Elmo and visiting Herculaneu… and so much more. I wish to be buried in these shoes.
