Problem with “color”!
I ordered the XP 2.0 Clog in the new “Caramel” color. The picture of it as advertised looks so beautiful and so very bright!! When it was delivered to me, it was a tremendous disappointment, as the shoes were NOT in the bright color shown, but instead were a very DULL shade of “BROWN”, and looked nothing like the color advertised!! See my photos.
I decided to contact the Dansko company directly regarding this problem, and I was not happy with their reply! Their response was that “each piece is unique from another, and I may have to go to one of their Authorized retailers and choose a pair!!! There is no way I am going to wonder all over the place to find the clogs in the correct color!!! I posted the picture of their response.
Please note that I have been purchasing Dansko shoes for decades, and never encountered a problem like this before!
