Better quality control needed

Not a cheap $20 sandal, yet it was packed as if it was one. Dented and ripped box. Not a single wrapping paper or tissue, no bubble wrap either. Just plainly tossed in the destroyed box with 0 protection. Sandal buckle came scuffed and the bottom was dirty (as if it had been used and returned). Utterly disrespectful to the customer to have such terrible quality control and atrocious packing/handling. Expected way more from such an expensive product. (For context, bought 3 different Melissa items, 2 bags 1 sandal. They all came in together in an unbelievably bad condition).

Retro rootbeer

I got the brown which smells like root beer (not loudly, just mild scented). I didn't realize these were scented! They look and fit like the retro Dr. Scholl's I remember, somewhat heavy with a clap back so I won't be walking miles, but certainly from the car to the pool or beach. I'm a 9-1/2 and bought the 10 which fits perfect (not too long). The pin in the "buckle" allows the strap to open to your personal width so its functional, but once set its done. And comfortable to walk in even though its a bit heavy. So cute!!

I had to return for larger size but they are very cute. I wish there were half sizes because of where I fall but such is life
