Too small -- size up!!!
I ordered both a 9 and a 9.5 online, planning to return whichever didn't fit. I wear 9 or 9.5 (40/41) depending on the brand or style, and very occasionally 10. Well, the 9s didn't fit, and I just got back from trying on the 9.5s when they arrived at my local Nordstrom, and they did not fit either. My big toe was quite compressed and it felt like I would be in pain if I walked for a long time due to that. I returned the 9.5s on the spot and ordered a 10, and I hope that that will fit. I wanted to leave this review now to help others who may be ordering online.
Other than the fit being too small in that particular sense (it was fine in other aspects, including width, even though I have fairly wide feet), the shoes were very cute and didn't feel uncomfortable. Maybe I'll add a picture when I get the 10s.
I would recommend ordering a half size up from your usual size or ordering the largest size that you occasionally wear if you wear a variety of sizes like me.

Arrived Dirty
These were literally a new release and arrived dirty... I don't know what Nordstrom is doing but this is actually ridiculous. There was a stain on both the sole and the toe.
