x Converse Gender Inclusive Chuck Taylor^® Heart High Top Sneaker

I was so excited to order these because they have removable insoles! Converse shoes obviously have no arch support, so it was very appealing to be able to put my own supportive insoles in these shoes. Unfortunately the soles are stiff as a board and very uncomfortable to walk in. There's barely any flex to the shoe at all, so my heel slips when I walk due to the stiffness of the thick sole. My leather low-top Converse have a lot of flexibility in the sole, so I have no clue why these high-tops have no flex at all. Also, I am ALWAYS a women's size 7 in Converse, and the length is always perfect. In these shoes, the toes of my right foot touch the end of the shoes. So weird that they're a little small. I thought these Converse were going to be the perfect addition to my fall/winter wardrobe, but they were a huge disappointment.
