- Ingredients: organic Chinese oolong. Processing notes: twisted leaf, deep oxidization. Origin: Wuyi Mountain, Fujian, China. How to brew: Add 12 oz boiling water to 1 tbs tea and steep 3 seconds, then discard this infusion. Add 12 oz boiling water, steep 4 min, serve.
