Takes forever to process and ship order

The Nordstrom Customer experience has gone so far down hill. My order for a simple necklace is not processed after several days now I will have to wonder if it will be here in time for the event it is a gift for. In the old days when customer experience was their top priority an order would be on my doorstep within 48 hours. Bam…its here…like magic!
