Work Boot (Women)

First of all, love the boots, they are exactly what I was looking for. My problem was that they were used. They arrived with no packing, no dust covers, just thrown in a dirty ripped box held together by a rubber band. The soles of the boots had wear marks, there were scuffs and marks on the suede. They are described as “work boots”, but these were used boots. This is not my first issue with Nordstrom, I bought a pair Alexander McQueen boots last year and only received one boot. Nordstrom needs to do better if they want to maintain they are a “luxury” brand. I could get better off of Poshmark.
