Not up to Nordstrom standards

I ordered this in a Large and it was just a little snug in the arms and body. I then ordered an XL and to my dismay it was even smaller than the large!? I could not even zip up the coat and the arms were even smaller, it fit like a small. Also, both times it came in a beat up box with tape all around that said Fashion Logistics. It was all really below Nordstrom standards. I thought Fashion Logistics must be a outlet or something but I don’t know. The Madewell website only sells this coat in white so I don’t know if this color was for outlets or maybe it’s off sizing. Going back.
