A meticulously handcrafted wool rug, featuring a refined geometric checkered pattern that gradually reveals its beauty over time. Designed on a Natural canvas base, with subtle Sea Shell accents, this piece embodies understated elegance and timeless sophistication, transforming any space with its classic and elegant design. The Unexpected Collection is available in six sizes and six colors, offering a versatile range of options to complement any interior. Thanks to our WOOLABLE® patent, this rug is not only machine washable but also lightweight and softer than traditional tufted wool rugs. Each washable wool rug comes packed in a cotton tote bag that can be used for storage and includes a complimentary anti-slip underlay to fit under the rug and keep it in place. Wool rugs may shed fibers when new or during use. This is a natural characteristic of the wool fiber. Lay the rug flat for 2-3 days after unpacking. Afterward, gently brush or vacuum to restore the pile.

Each Lorena Canals product is carefully handcrafted by our artisans in our own factory in India using ancestral craft techniques. - Solidarity: Our rugs stand for solidarity. Touched by seeing children whose future is determined by their family's economic circumstances, Lorena Canals decided to offer her own social support by giving them access to education. This is how the Sakûla Project was born, a nursery school in the north of India where street children can receive food and education. There are currently 120 children attending the school and counting.

This item has a different return policy. Items sold and shipped by Lorena Canals can be returned by mail or to a Nordstrom store within 90 days of when the item shipped and must be in new condition, with tags attached. We can’t accept returns for this item at Nordstrom Rack.
