Chelsea Boot

I have been a loyal nordies for 30+ years and I’d have to save the customer service has declined drastically. These boots were delivered to me at 9:30pm on a weekday, while my household is asleep, it was stolen by package thieves 4 hours later at 1:30am. I reported this to the police and to Nordstrom, escalated to Nordstrom leaders and the final answer was “sorry no refunds, no replacements.” It is not everyday I report stolen packages from Nordstrom, and compared to other vendors who will happily refund or replace, it’s clear Nordstroms once best customer service reputation has declined to worse. I wish I could review the product itself but consider this a review of the experience purchasing this item and beware of Nordstrom’s customer service
