Flattering and affordable
I am 5 months pregnant and ordered a size large. I am 5’3” and 165 lbs so I have a big belly and this looks flattering on! I do not think it is cheeky at all which I like. It does not have a lot of boob padding or support but the straps are adjustable so you can hoist the girls up a little.

Worth a try!
I always worry about one pieces because I have a long Torso. Even though I’m only 5’6, a lot of my length is in my abdomen and one pieces can sometimes run too short. I risked it all and ordered my usual size, and it fits perfect. My only complaint is that I wish the straps felt sturdier - or stronger. I imagine them stretching out over time. For reference I’m about 130lbs, 34C, size 4/6.

Love the print, it’s beautiful, fun and perfect for my destination, the sale price was a bonus; but it runs a little large, I’m 5’5, 150lbs with more tail than feathers, waist narrower than hips and shoulders, ordered the large and it’s loose in the body. I could have used a medium but I think my tail may have been a little more exposed in a med. Suggests your normal sizing if you have a bottom like the model ;-)
