Soft, TTS, not too bunch at the waist. Jersey knit fabric, so the waist is forgiving. Looks just like the pic.

Absolutely gorgeous! Fell in love
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely gorgeous! Fell in love with this the day I opened package and tried on. I am 5' 8" and weigh 148. The waist is a bit loose but 10 fits me well around the hips and it drapes perfectly. The slit is sexy yet modest. It hits me about 4 inches above the knee. Multiple colors provide several options for pairing with tops, shoes, and accessories. I've worn with navy and with cream and looking to dress it up more with gold.
