Women's Ruffle Cap Sleeve Embellished Tiered Midi Dress

I purchased this dress for a wedding and could not be happier with it. It is a timeless classic black dress that I'm sure I will wear often. The ruffles and netting are so beautiful. I let the sleeves fall off my shoulders to create a sexier look. This dress is a show stopper...do not hesitate to try it!

The dress is pretty, but it was huge. I ordered my normal size 12 and the dress feels like it’s at least 2 sizes too big. Now that I see the size guide for this item, they do accurately describe the measurements. My mistake; I looked at the single review that said it was True to Size rather than reading the guide. As for the style, although beautiful, it feels too ‘Little Bo Peep’ for me due to the tiers at the bottom of the dress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dress was stunning! I loved everything about it and would have kept it, but it was more purple than I thought from the picture. Clue #1 would have been that the color, when ordering, was "amethyst". But, I needed a burgundy/maroon dress for an event at my college alma mater and so the purple was not the right color for what I needed. The online picture definitely gave me maroon vibes, but in real life- amethyst is an accurate color description. Sadly, I returned it so I could order a dress in the color scheme needed for the event.
