[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is surprisingly beautiful! It’s partially lined and can be worn 2 different ways. As a dress I feel the elastic top band could be longer to give a more figure flattering look instead of so billowy with no shape. That’s why I have it 4 stars. I will wear it more as a skirt - make it casual with sparkle flip flops or dressy with heals.

This is a cool bohemian piece that can be worn casual or dressy. Although I personally prefer to wear as a skirt, it can also be worn as a dress which makes it versatile.

It's much cuter as a

It's much cuter as a skirt and doesn't really work as a dress. It sticks out and looks like a pregnancy dress since the tight band ends just under your chest.
