Uses pre-set winding programs including bi-directional and intermittent modes to maintain automatic movements; select the program appropriate to your watch’s manufacturer recommendations. Operates on included AC adapter or AA batteries (alkaline or lithium; lithium offers longer life) — batteries not included. Keep away from extreme heat, direct sunlight and moisture to protect the vegan leather exterior and the watch movement. For delicate finishes, place watch on the pillow with caseback contact to avoid scratching.

Nice winder but...

Pros: Very quiet operation, high quality feel, and multiple sized watch cuff/pillows Cons: Non-programmable, fixed 900 Turns per Day (TPD). Not obvious on description, but fixed TPD should be clearly stated, with recommendation that buyers match their watch and movement with the recommended TPD.
