Crossover Plain Toe Derby (Men)

Okay I have had a ton of very nice shoes over the years from To Boot NY, Magnanni, Allen Edmonds, and many other brands. Wolf and Shepherd are trying to get into that group and this is my second pair I have tried - now the second pair I am returning. Style wise they are great but that is where the good comments come to a stop. They do not feel like they should for the price and they are not built of high enough quality materials for the price. They also designed these to be worn with thicker socks. When I tried them on with dress socks and walked around my house for 30 steps or so the leather already looked terrible and have this huge divot looking thing because they have so much extra material than they should. Overall feeling of holding and wearing the shoes is cheap too. Laces are not nice either. Overall their shoes look great but that’s where the positives stop. I would say they should be priced at full price for $100-120 max. No way could you use these as a daily wear shoe without them needing to be replaced after 1-2 months. Come on Nordstroms - test your products out before you sell them. These should be at JCPenny’s not Nordstrom.
