Nordstrom dropped the ball
I can’t believe Nordstrom sent me an opened box item,speaker was scratched,owners manual wasn’t in the box,poorly packaged,had to drive and replace it at Century City store because,they wouldn’t give other options,I’m supposed to buy stuff from a high end store but I’m truly disappointed with this poor business model.
