Elbow Sleeve Rib Sweater

Saw this on a fashion bloggers page and thought it would be a cute sweater for early spring. Arrived today….I ordered the XL in ivory. For the record, I’m 5’9” and 180 lbs ( I don’t look this heavy). The sweater was tight across the chest ( 38DD), came almost to my waist, a thin scratchy knit, and the sleeves are wide and floppy ( not sure if this was part of the style). It looked cheap…like something bought at Walmart. Definitely not worth what I paid for it. It’s going back tomorrow.

Works great for either a causal or business casual look. The detailing at the neckline looks nice. The sleeves are a different texture (thinner, more airy) than the chest. I wish it was an inch or two longer since it hits right above the hips, so I only wear it with high-waisted bottoms. Even though it’s hand wash only, I’ve thrown it in the wash (delicate cycle) and lined dry it at least 5 times and the material still looks great.
