Wisteria Floral Sleeveless Midi Dress

I was so exited to wear this dress to my sister in laws baby shower. When I tried the dress on 2 times before the day of I had some issues with the zipper. It would get stuck at the same point each time but with the help of someone else I was able to close it. The morning of the shower with only a few minutes to get ready the zipper broke. My partner helped me zip it up and we had the same issue of getting it up past this one point. When it was finally up I took a deep breath and the zipper split open at the base. I removed the dress and my partner fought again to get the zipper back down as it was now stuck at the same point. Eventually it completely broke in this struggle and I had of course removed the tags that morning. This was not an issue of the dress not fitting as both time I tried it on and got the zipper up it fit very comfortably. I believe the zipper was faulty and that one of the teeth where it kept getting stuck was bent or it did appear some thread was maybe caught. I had to wear a completely different dress and was very disappointed. The dress was also more of a maxi dress on me than a midi. I will likely get the zipper replaced since I spent a good deal on this dress. Just wish I didn’t have to pay more to get it fixed.

I didn’t want to love this as much as I did, because it can’t be worn to the event I was dress shopping for in the first place! but I loved it. I’m short and stocky, and the fit was very flattering. The front has a little bit of boning to support the corset back. There is a zipper on the left side too, but it’s one of those that’s tough to pull up so I found it easiest to put the dress on with the zipper already done and to take the dress off by undoing the zipper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a pretty dress but weird fit. Almost incredibly small on the chest. The lace up back is really just for show and is non adjustable. Very weird fit on the bust and the straps are wide fitting almost like they should be off the shoulder. I think if you are petite up top this would be cute but if you’re a usual M/L I would skip.

Really cute dress. The dress is super flowy and poofed out, which wasn’t as flattering for my short frame and broad shoulders. I ended up returning. Note, I did size up to a M because I had 32D chest, broad shoulders, and muscular body type. The waist was super loose fitting for me which is potentially why it felt poofy.
