Winston Ankle Strap Platform Clog

What is it about ordering from Nordstrom online that is akin to, Buyer Beware? The buyer takes a chance every time when receiving a product(s) ordered online that is/are clealy USED. Where is inspection, quality control, because I am asking. These lovely clog sandals have unsightly residue from someone's foot and food on the lid of the box, what gives? Disgusting. Nordstrom, I suggest a tighter reign on returns and quality control. I have seen products at Tj Maxx, in terms of handling standards, IN STORE, that blow Nordstrom's practices out of the water. Soon enough, Nordstrom's will be a last dash effort or last resort. So be it. I mean, honestly, it is obvious Nordstrom's, in all reality, could care less. I have read plenty of customer reviews reviewing a myriad of items in appalling condition. So, again, Nordstrom, what gives? What a waste of energy and time. I'm over Norstrom.

I'm a size 10 shoe with a wide "ish" foot, ordered a size 41 and it's absolutely perfect, can't wait to wear them to work :)

I bought these clogs and loved them, not heavy and very comfortable. However I returned them because the ankle strap ripped off the seam wearing them only once. I purchased another pair thinking it was a fluke, but on my way to work the strap ripped off again in the same spot ( wore them twice) Unfortunately looks great but unwearable due to quality and durability

I usually wear between 8.5 and 9. I have a wide foot, thinking I would wear a 9 in this shoe, but it was too big. I am returning for the next size down.
